A Brief Background of PCG'S Founder, President, and CEO:

Asad Yavari, Ph.D., has served as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Afronet Inc. from1999 to 2001. Serving at the Board of Directors of Afronet, Dr. Yavari brought more than two decades of impressive financial and general management to the company’s management team. His experience encompasses the areas of financial management, accounting, economics, and human relations.

After joining the Afro net team, Dr. Yavari has been involved in financial forecasting, development of the Afronet business plan, and general financial analysis of the company. He was responsible for overseeing finance, accounting practices, and investor relations. Most recently, Dr. Yavari served as CFO and controller for US Floors Corporation. He has held controller positions and human relations in the Southland flooring Products Company, where he was involved with the company from its infancy.

Dr. Yavari's academic credentials include a B.S. degree in Business Administration, MBA, M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in Policy and Administration from the University of Southern California. Over ten years of teaching and research as an adjunct faculty member in some of the finest institutions in business and finance arenas in Southern California have enabled him to stay at the forefront of developments in business theory and practice. To this end, Dr. Yavari, among his other responsibilities, is currently teaching financial management, accounting, and economics courses at the University of Southern California and other institutions of higher learning.
